- No refund is applicable on activation and credits.
- No refund and return applicable if the product is damaged or torn by customer handle side. If the product is delivered damaged customer can apply for refund within 72 hours of delivery.
- In case of damaged product, product parcel opening video and photos are must to be uploaded by customer to customer support desk (9548848818).
